Bodegas Barbadillo is one of the most iconic and historic wineries in Jerez de la Frontera, founded in 1821 by Benigno Barbadillo. Its most widely recognised wine is Castillo de San Diego, one of Spain's best-selling white wines for decades, crafted from the Palomino Fino grape.
