AMONTILLADO VORS BARBADILLO

Barbadillo VORS Amontillado made from Palomino Fino and sourced from the house's oldest criaderas. After a long biological phase, it enters a prolonged oxidative aging period exceeding 30 years, always under the traditional solera system in American oak barrels. The result is a wine of enormous concentration and depth, with the finesse of its manzanilla origins still perceptible. On the nose, toasted notes, noble wood, and dried fruits dominate; on the palate it is dry, expressive, powerful, and very long.
